Customer Review: The spit is a very thick steel bar that is difficult to bend. The forks and clamps to hold the food are solid with thick chrome. Customer Review: I imagine that it works very well if it did what it said it would do. The product summery said it would work on all Summit and Summit Gold grills. Well it doesn't. It is too long for the Summit Gold series so now I have to return it.
