Customer Review: The sponge does its job okay, but I wish it were sturdier. When you clean the grill it just flattens. After several uses pieces of the black part fall off and get in the sink. I think Bed, Bath and Beyond and Linens n Things carries the sponge pack so you don't have to order them if you don't want.
Customer Review: The general layout of the book is good, and I have tried some recipes. However, I had hoped for some good basic information about grilling steaks, with some theory regarding thickness of cut and fat content. Customer Review: For a book called 'Knock Out the Fat', it is amazing how many recipes are included that have high amounts of fat and calories. Do not buy this book for low fat recipes. Buy it for recipes to use on indoor grill.
Customer Review: This book has a lot of good information on portable grills. It contained a lot of things that I did not know that were extremely helpful. After reading this book, I feel that I can use both my George Foreman portable grills easily. Thanks for writing such an informative grilling book.

Customer Review: We are very pleased with this set. The titles are both familiar--like ones from Ezra Jack Keats and Robert McCloskey--and new. But the DVDs are all well-done, with excellent music and voice-overs. Some of them, particularly the Antarctic Antics, are hilarious. Some are winsome. None, to quote... more info
