Customer Review: Looking for lasting kitchen tools, this stainless steel injector appears to meet the bill - heavy stock stainless. I love bbq beef brisket and can now inject the meat and never worry about dryness again.
Customer Review: It is a good product. The only fault I can find is when using the smoker with the vent closed for like ribs, so much condensation builds up in the smoker that any wood biscuit left in the cooker at the end of the cooking falls apart and cloggs the feeder.

Customer Review: So far I have used it twice for smoking pork shoulder. Both times it has come out perfect. The controller is not the most accurate, but there are many mods out there that overcome that. With that said both my experiences were with the unit as-is no mods.
