Editorial Review:
If you like ribs, you'll love this mammoth rib rack. Oversized metal arcs fit everything from small baby backs to jumbo beef ribs, providing support for the full length of each rack. Grilling the ribs vertically saves space, so you can cook four full racks on even a small kettle grill, and it also helps drain off the fat. Non-stick, rust-proof, and sturdy enough to keep even the largest racks from tipping over. Rack is (14" x 7" x 11"). Patent pending.

Review
Hard to use in a small oven (barely any room for a drip pan) and hard to put BBQ sauce on while in the rack. Very hard to clean even though it is non-stick. Ran it through the dishwasher twice and there is still with stuff still on there - gave up.

Good heavy-duty rib rack for smoker
I used this in a vertical retangular brinkman (2-door) smoker. It easily held 2 slabs of ribs, and could have held 3. Perfect for smoking. After a brief soapy soak cleanup took about 5-minutes but the food came off easily. An excellent product.

A magnificent product. Steve does it again!
Steven Raichlen's three seminal grilling cookbooks (How to Grill, Barbecue Bible and BBQ USA) are, far and away, the dirtiest, rattiest, most falling-apart cookbooks on my shelf. I think about buying new copies, but then I'd have to spend hours copying all of my margin notes on the recipes. Steve's line of grilling accessories show the same dedication to grilling and smoking incredibly great food that his cookbooks do. I have a few of his toys and goodies, and, far and away, the one I love most is this... more info

steve raichlen best of barbecue
I like the Steven Raichlen Rib rack very well. It will allow me to smoke 4 racks of pork spare ribs on my big green egg without any problem. The only complaint I have is I have used it only one time and some of the porcelain is coming off and that means rust. I guess 4 stars is pretty liberal for the rib rack because of the porcelain issue but it is the only one that i have tried that i can cook 4 whole racks of spare ribs and not have to cut some of the ribs in half
