This Wusthof Knife Life Sharpener is a two stage knife sharpener with a built-in scissors sharpener. The carbide side sets your knife's edge, while the ceramic side finishes the edge. The scissors sharpener will sharpen both blades for left- or right-handed scissors at the same time. The E-Z grip handle and non-slip rubber feet helps to keep the sharpener in place and safe to use. Solid sharpener for the price
I've owned this sharpener now for about 2 years and have found it to be a solid sharpener - especially for the price. I do not think that you're going to get your knives to be as sharp as if you were using a stone, but it does seem to work quite well enough.
Easy to use and fast sharpening
Like the product very much. Got 5 of our knives sharpened in less than 5 mins.
Sharpens my knife
I use it to sharpen my everday 9" santoku knife and this product works great. I run my knife 3-4 times across the sharpening edge and the knife works like new. I have only had this sharpner for a month or so and cannot comment on the longevity of the product. A good buy if you need a decent knife sharpener at a reasonable price.
Nice and Sharp
Nice sharper, nice price, stores nice, keeps the knives nice and sharp. Think I like it nice and good. Can not go wrong with this one.
