Poor Quality Control
See all those little holes in this burner? Well, 90% of the ones on the burner I received were not machined properly and were either partially or completely plugged. It took me about 25 minutes with a drill motor and the appropriately sized drill bit to manually re-drill each hole! Come on you guys !!! My particular unit should have NEVER made it past quality control - IF such a step in the plant where this is made even exists !!!
This thing is huge!
I haven't actually used it yet. I plan to put it in a brew sculpture. It would be nice to know the BTUs. I do agree with other reviews that the packaging for this size and weight is inadequate. However, unlike the other reviewer the box was intact and mine does not appear to be missing any parts.

Poor packaging. Product shipped with no packing causing it to shift around inside the box puncturing holes in it. This also caused the bolts which were also not packaged properly to be lost along the way. Any future purchases of these types of products will be made through
