My old one rusted out on my Genesis Silver B. This replacement worked great!

No More Matches
The metal bracket securing the electrode rusted after 8+ seasons so no complaints other than Weber sells only the packaged electrode/ignitor kit and not each separately.

Weber product replacement was easy to install and is a bit better than the original.

Works great, watch part numbers
This product worked perfectly. I had previously purchased another Weber ingiter kit but you have to watch the date of your grill's manufacturer - this is the part for older grills. This part screws in, the other clips, and I wasn't able to "field modify" the newer part to work.
So buy the right one - this one worked great for me.
